We do not offer returns or refunds on mattresses.
We only offer exchanges under eligible conditions.

Exchange Eligibility (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

An exchange request is accepted only if:

  • The mattress is unused and in original condition
  • The product is clean and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Exchange Options

Customers may exchange for:

  • Different size
  • Different firmness level
  • Equivalent or higher-value mattress (price difference may apply)

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made mattresses
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used, stained, or damaged products

Exchange Process

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Our team will review eligibility
  • Pickup and replacement will be arranged

A restocking or exchange fee of 10–20% may apply.
